The Story

Injured people deserve someone to represent them.

James’s most rewarding work comes from helping people who have been treated unfairly by companies with non-subscriber opt-out status and the insurance companies they approve. Those companies, along with their insurers, hire professionals to represent their interests. James has vowed never to represent them.

He has made it his life’s mission to prevent the people he represents from being victimized a second time: by the company after the accident, by its insurance carrier, and by a cumbersome legal process built to wear you down.

If you or someone you know has been injured on the job or through the fault of another, James offers his services, whether by free consultation or by full attorney representation.

“I’ve made millions on cases that no other lawyer would take. If I’m your 4th lawyer, you won’t need to go any further.”

How James Works

You will not be victimized a second time.

Obtaining qualified representation quickly is imperative. Answer only what is necessary for medical professionals to provide care, then let someone qualified advocate for you. Do not agree to or sign anything without a detailed understanding of your rights.

  1. 01

He handles every aspect of your case.

From the moment you decide to work with him, James deals with the insurers, the paperwork, the deadlines and the other side's lawyers. Most employers' insurance companies and hospitals keep an attorney on retainer. Now you have one too.

  2. 02

He gets you in front of a doctor who listens.

Not a company doctor trying to discount your injury and get you on your way. James makes sure you receive the medical care you need and that the billing for those services is reasonable and ethical.

  3. 03

    He documents everything.

Expenses, lost wages and every other cost associated with your injuries, so nothing is left on the table when it is time to be made whole.

  4. 04

    He explains the system.

James believes it is his job not only to protect your rights, but to explain how and why the process works the way it does. You will always know where your case stands.
